If you require urgent support in relation to your mental health, please contact your doctor, NoWDOC or Accident & Emergency (A & E) for assessment. Social Prescribing
Social prescribing is a free, Health Service Executive (HSE) service which helps to link you with social supports and social activities within your community. You or a family member or friend, acting on your behalf, can access social prescribing by phoning your local co-ordinator or your doctor can refer you.
